Inside Sales Specialist
The Job
Responsible for new Aftermarket account development and/or expanding existing (key) accounts within an established geographic territory (EU, EE & EFTA countries). Builds and manages relationships with current Aftermarket customers, identifies new Aftermarket customers and develops relationships for the purpose of selling assigned Varex Aftermarket products. Under minimal supervision, performs all sales functions in assigned territory, including: analyzes territory for sales potential; develops and implements effective sales strategies; maintains appropriate level of territory coverage; plans and executes effective sales calls; schedules and performs product demonstrations; manages the sales process; serves as a consultative resource to customers; achieves superior level of overall customer satisfaction; provides regular customer and market feedback to company. Represents Varex ethics, values and business practices with all internal and external constituents.
The main activities:
- Generates aftermarket sales revenue and achieves assigned objectives
- Assess aftermarket opportunities and know how to set the right priorities.
- You build a long-term customer/key account relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops a growth plan for key aftermarket accounts in the assigned area.
- Set internal forecasts to meet demand.
- Works closely with local aftermarket colleagues and global technical teams within Varex.
- Works on assignments that require a lot of judgment and initiative.
We ask:
- Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Industry knowledge, preferably in CT and/or RAD, Fluorine.
- Knowledge of aftermarket sales is important for this job.
- Organizational Insight/Skills, Time and Territory Management.
- Responsiveness and reliability, independent attitude, interpersonal skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, sales skills
- MS-Office and SalesForce knowledge.
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, other European languages desired.
- Possibility to travel infrequently, up to 10% (conferences and key accounts).
Desired background:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (biomedical, technical).
- +5 years of experience in related sales, service sales or field service engineer.
- Experience as field Engineer or Service Sales employee for example in medical industry is a plus.
